This diet book promises that you will lose up to 15lbs in 35 days. The daily calorie count is about 800 which is way too low, it is also very low in protein and other nutrients. This diet is based on eating only fruit on some days and only vegetables on other days with some carbohydrate allowed on other days.
You don't need a diet book to tell you that if you eat only fruit and vegetables and about 800 calories a day you will lose a lot of weight - I'm sure you are already aware of that. The point is, even if you were able to stick to this strick regime and lose the weight, apart from being really miserable, you would just put all the weight back on (and probably more) when you started eating normally.
Avoid this diet.
