This is a question I have pondered, struggled with for many years. Most of us confirmed dieters are experts on what we should and shouldn’t be eating, we know all about nutrition and exercise, we know that in order to lose weight you have to consume fewer calories than you expend, yet losing weight and keeping it off sometimes seems to be the hardest thing in the world.
And it is not willpower that is the problem either, we are all intelligent, successful people, who in other areas of our lives show real strength of will, discipline and a capacity to achieve our goals, but for some reason find ourselves completely incapacitated when it comes to the issue of losing weight. WHY?
Well, after dieting and failing for years and finally finding a way to lose 47 stubborn pounds of fat, I have discovered why it is so hard to lose weight. And here is the reason: it’s all about feelings, emotions, thoughts and how you handle it, in short, your attitude is making you fat. Now I’m sure that is not news to you, you probably already know, if you have been around the dieting block a few times, that successfully losing weight starts in your mind. What we really need to know of course is how to change our subconscious programing from fat to thin.
Over the next few weeks and months, I am going to go into detail about a rapid change formula that I have come accross, it is based on tried and proven strategies and techniques that will enable you to take back control of your eating and your weight. I will be showing you how cognitive behavioral therapy can change your thinking, how using powerful affirmations and self hypnosis can help reprogram your mind and how to harness the power of your subconscious to defeat those dieting demons for good.
Watch this space.
